You’re not lost. You’re just overdue for a different rhythm —
one that brings color back to your days, depth back to your presence, and steadiness back to your body.

presence, and steadiness back to your body.

A group coaching experience for high-achieving women ready to stop managing their lives and start inhabiting them — with rhythm, presence, and ease.

You’ve built what you were told would bring freedom.

You’ve built what you were told would
bring freedom.

You built the life, the career, made the moves, said yes to the growth.
And from the outside, it all looks vibrant. But on the inside, it feels… muted.

You built the life, the career, made the moves, said yes to the growth.
And from the outside, it all looks vibrant.
But on the inside, it feels… muted.

Like the color’s drained out of your days. Like something essential is missing, but you can’t name it.

Like the color’s drained out of your days.
Like something essential is missing, but you can’t name it.

This space isn’t here to help you do more.

It’s here to help you live with more of you.

A seasonal group program for women ready to shift from
grayscale survival to full-color presence.

You built the business. You took the risks. You’ve done the work. You’ve built the life.

You built the business. You took the risks.
You’ve done the work. You’ve built the life.

You stretched, evolved, supported everyone, and succeeded on paper. And yet — there’s a low hum of disconnection.

You stretched, evolved, supported everyone, and succeeded on paper.
And yet — there’s a low hum of disconnection.

You’re not falling apart. You’re just feeling the ache of a life that no longer feels like yours. This isn’t about walking away from what you’ve built. It’s about reclaiming how you feel inside of it.

This group program offers a structured rhythm to help you stop managing your life and begin inhabiting it — fully, gently, and on your terms.

You’ve gotten good at holding it all.

Holding space, holding tension, holding your breath.

You’ve adjusted to the pace of overextension.

You’ve trained yourself to lead from adrenaline.

You’ve built a life that runs on performance.

And the world rewards you for it.

But no one told you that you could live without this constant tightness.

No one told you the success you’ve built could feel more enjoyable, leisurely even.

What you crave now isn’t more power.
It’s more presence.

You don’t need to abandon your ambition.

You just need a rhythm that lets you live inside it.

The Pressure You’ve Learned to Normalize

AS A HIGH-ACHIEVER

The life you built was never wrong — it's just no longer the whole truth. You curated something beautiful. You honored what you knew then. But your inner landscape has shifted — quietly, gradually.

The life you built was never wrong —
it's just no longer the whole truth. You curated something beautiful. You honored what you knew then. But your inner landscape has shifted — quietly, gradually.

You don’t have to unravel everything.
You don’t have to abandon what you’ve built.

You just need a space where you can soften the grip.

Where your nervous system can exhale.

Where you can feel steady in your success — without performing it.

You’ve been surviving in grayscale.
This space helps you return to full color.

A season of support. A rhythm of return.

A sacred practice in being fully here and fully alive — without sacrificing everything that still matters to you.

You deserve a life outside of the work you do for others.

You’re Not Wrong for Wanting More Ease

AMBITION ISN'T GEARED BY "HARD"

If you've been feeling like you're living in black and white — craving a full and in-living-color life — you've been led here for a reason.

Your life looks bright

Though, you might feel dimmed. You’ve built a beautiful life. But somewhere along the way, your own brightness got turned down. You’re still here—but the saturation is missing.

What You’ve Been Silently Carrying

These are the undercurrents that aren't color-coded on your calendar, but shape everything about how you feel day to day.

You miss yourself

Though, you aren't sure of the way to root into yourself. You’ve been the stable one, the capable one, the strong one. And now, there’s grief in realizing how far away you feel from your own aliveness.

You’ve outgrown the pace

You’ve lived by momentum for so long that stillness feels foreign. You want to soften your rhythm, but part of you fears the whole system might collapse if you do.

You’re doing the right things

You follow the practices. You show up with care. But it still feels like you’re living one layer removed from yourself — like presence is something you’re performing, not inhabiting.

You crave more space

But fear losing your edge You know something has to give. But there’s a fear that if you soften too much, you’ll lose the spark that got you here in the first place.

tired of curated connection

You’re done with spaces where you have to filter your truth or manage how you’re perceived. You want connection that feels clean, without the performance.

tired of carrying it all alone

You’ve proven you can hold it. That you can lead and anchor and keep it all together. But you’re ready to be held too. You’re ready to exhale.

SHIFTING THE RHYTHM

You don’t need a total life reset. You just need a steadier container — something that invites consistency, without demanding perfection.

This isn’t a crash course.
This isn’t a productivity hack.
This isn’t another five-step method.

This is a guided seasonal practice in slowing down, without falling behind.
A place to reclaim your life without abandoning your ambition.

We’re not adding more to your plate. We’re gently clearing space for you to return to yourself.

A Guided, Seasonal Practice in Reclaiming Your Rhythm

This isn’t a course.
It’s not a formula.

It’s a guided experience to help you move out of performance and back into presence.

Together, we’ll practice the art of living in full color — not through intensity, but through rhythm.

Not through pressure, but through trust.

This is a space to:

Reclaim your inner pace

Restore emotional steadiness

Reconnect with your body’s wisdom

Reorient your life toward what truly matters

This is for the woman who’s done the growth.

The Harmonious Living Program

INTRODUCTING

  • You’ve outgrown the life you once chased, but aren’t sure how to live the life you have now
  • You feel disconnected from yourself, even when everything looks "right"
  • You crave a slower pace, but you don’t want to lose your ambition
  • You want community, but you’re tired of curated spaces and performance
  • You’re ready to practice presence — not just talk about it
  • You’ve whispered: “I just want to feel like myself again.”

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about living your life from the inside out.

Who This is For

You begin trusting your own rhythm again.

You release urgency as your operating system.

You feel safe inside your own body — not just smart inside your mind.

You start noticing your life instead of managing it.

WHAT UNFOLDS IN THIS SPACE

You realize leadership isn’t about holding it all — it’s about holding yourself.

From Black & White to Full Color...

You feel your emotions fully — without spiraling, bypassing, or numbing.

You return to a version of yourself you thought you had lost, but deeper, wiser, more alive.

WHERE SHE WAS BEFORE
When Jen first reached out, she was operating from a state of constant output — scattered across daily, weekly, and quarterly efforts to grow her business. She was doing “all the right things” but quietly feeling frantic underneath. Though she came for business consulting, what she truly needed was a deeper recalibration of her relationship to work, identity, and pace. She chose to work with Ashleigh for 6 months.

WHAT SHE THOUGHT SHE NEEDED
At first, Jen believed the solution was more structure: the right checklist, the right marketing activities, the right sales strategies to bring in more inquiries. But beneath the strategy was something much more tender — years of holding it all without knowing how to truly hold herself. We embarked on reorienting her daily life towards the way she wanted to feel each and every week, even during big pushes at work.

WHAT SURPRISED HER ABOUT THE WORK
What Jen didn’t expect was that alongside business shifts, she would receive practices, pacing, and personal rituals that helped her feel safe in her own body and business again. Together, we mapped her past patterns through life/business timeline mapping, challenged her relationship with overworking, and built rhythms that honored both her ambition and her aliveness.

A PEEK AT JEN'S EXPERIENCE

THE QUIET WINS
Jen began to experience her days differently — not rushing to check things off, but actually inhabiting her work with more presence. She started integrating pleasure into her routines — working from the porch with a drink she loved, ending her days truly off, not just away from the screen but grounded in her life.

Jen integrated more boundaries into her life for business, conversations with clients, added on team members, delegated much of her life and business out of her hands with a sense of trust and self-leadership that was beautiful to witness. She stopped performing peace and started living from it. She stopped expecting every portion of her life to be integrated with her work; she chose to create space for separation instead of just integration.

WHAT LIFE LOOKED LIKE AFTER THE WORK
Jen now moves through her business with a sense of steady leadership, not frantic energy. She evaluates her life through the lens of peace and pleasure — not just productivity or profit (though those grew, too). Her work became less about managing her business and more about inhabiting her life fully, both as a leader and as a woman. A note: this work was simultaneous alongside business consulting for Jen, during Ashleigh's time of leading The Cheetah Company®.

This isn’t about creating a life that looks good. It’s about feeling it. What happens when your life becomes something you inhabit — not something you perform to prove you're okay?

RHYTHM OVER RUSH

This program invites you to move at a pace your body can actually hold — without urgency, without guilt, and without falling behind.

SOMATIC WISDOM OVER STRATEGY STACKING

This isn’t about tips or hacks. It’s about learning how to live from your body’s truth — so your growth feels rooted, not reactive.

ALIVENESS OVER ACHIEVEMENT

You’ve accomplished enough. Now it’s time to feel enough. This space helps you practice presence — not performance.

SEASONAL STRUCTURE, NOT PRESSURE TO PERFORM

There’s no race to transformation here. Just a clear, compassionate rhythm that supports you layer by layer.

The Sacred Difference of this work

What Makes This Work Different

IT'S SLOWER, DEEPER

It’s where actual work is Integrated because you’re not on an adrenaline rush to prove that you’ve healed; that’s not the need here.

My pathways are built on a foundation of emotional depth and intentional inhabited shifts.

This is not traditional life coaching.

Your full self is welcomed — not just the "high-functioning", "SACRIFICE IT ALL FOR THE GOALS" parts.

Your transformation isn’t micromanaged — it’s supported with steadiness and respect.

This way of coaching is the quiet revolution for those burned out by the approach of "up-leveling," "constantly building,” higher frequency," and "embodying confidence" when what you really desire is a safe sanctuary to move through all that exists in your mind, body, and soul that you’ve pushed away for the sake of ambition.

the
Harmonious living group

the Harmonious living group

We begin with where you are now — gently mapping the rhythms, stories, and expectations that have shaped your pace. Together, we build emotional and somatic (bodily) awareness to help you name what’s no longer aligned and start listening to the truth your body already holds.

Reclaiming Your Current Season

Phase 1
Here, we pause long enough to hear what’s been living underneath the static of continuously going, doing, and moving. Through nervous system support and narrative integration, you’ll begin rewriting the internal scripts that have kept you in grayscale — and reconnect with the self who’s been waiting just beneath the surface to live in full color.

Re-Narrating & Emotional Inquiry

Phase 2
In this final stretch, we translate your inner work into real life. You’ll anchor sustainable rituals, create rhythms that honor your capacity, and step into a rhythm that supports your wholeness — not your overdrive and over-functioning. You’ll leave with a personalized living sacred design for the season ahead.

Rhythmic Living & Integration

WE COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW AMAZING THE IMAGES ARE. WE ARE GOING TO HANG THEM ON THE WALL.

The hesitations that tend to surface

The quiet pauses I hear from women like you

“I’m too busy to slow down. it might ruin my momentum.”

“I’m too busy to slow down. it
might ruin my momentum.”

Of course you are. Your whole life is structured around the pace you’ve trained yourself to keep. But what if slowing down isn’t a threat — it’s the very thing that would change everything? If anything, what if "slowing down" is a re-pacing instead of a slowdown?

“I don’t need to be held — I just need space.”

This isn’t hand-holding. It’s structure without pressure. Support without surveillance. A sacred container where your autonomy is honored and your nervous system is invited to settle.

“I’ve already done years of therapy.”

Yes. And that groundwork matters. But if you still find yourself self-aware yet overextended — this isn’t about understanding more. It’s about finally living differently. Less analysis. More integration. More rhythm. More breath.

“But my business coach already integrates lifestyle design.”

Beautiful. You’re not new to structure or intention. But this isn’t about tweaking your habits or designing a better calendar. It’s about inhabiting the life you’ve already built—on a cellular level. Slowness here isn’t a productivity tool. It’s a return to internal safety.

“I already know how to care for myself.”

You do. You’ve built deep internal tools. But even the most self-aware woman sometimes needs a rhythm that holds her while she holds herself. This space isn’t remedial. It’s relational. And it meets you where nuance lives.

“I don’t need another container, I just need to live my life.”

Exactly. You don’t need more concepts, more calls, or more content. What you might need is a rhythm—a gentle spine to your season. This isn’t about stepping away from your life. It’s about stepping more fully into it, with a different kind of support beneath your feet.

Questions That Deserve a Slower Answer

Thoughtfully answered frequently asked questions

“Is this therapy? or should i do therapy first?”

No, but it is deeply therapeutic. This space is not clinical or diagnostic. I do not offer treatment or crisis care. But if you’ve already worked with a therapist or are alongside one, this coaching may be the place where your insights start to land in your life — not just in your head.

“What do we actually do together?”

We slow down and reorient. We meet twice a month for 60-minute sessions. We have a community space in-between those sessions, with continuous (minimal, but maximum-support) work in-between. We explore what’s rising in real time — narratives, grief, rhythms, desires, identity shifts — and begin gently restructuring the way you live and lead.

“What if I don’t know exactly what I want?”

Perfect. This isn’t about setting a 10-step plan. It’s about noticing what’s quietly not working anymore — and beginning again from there. Most women arrive with a soft ache, not a clear goal. That’s not a problem. That’s an opening.

"Is this only for women
in business?"

While many of Ashleigh’s clients are high-achieving professionals, this work is about your life beyond your work. Your identity, your body, your relationships, your pace. If you’re a good fit, if you feel called to this work – trust that.

"What if I already have a coach or therapist?”

That’s wonderful. This work is different. I’m not here to teach you another funnel or tell you how to fix your past. This is about how you relate to your life, your success, your nervous system, and your identity now. It often enhances other support modalities by helping you actually feel safe enough to receive them.

"What if I’m in a good place already?"

Perfect. You don’t have to be in crisis to crave deeper connection with yourself. This is for women who know they’re ready for something more meaningful — whether life feels messy or stable. Click here for more frequently asked questions – pages 29-30 include more questions for your processing needs.
